How long does the membership last?

Your Travel Membership Club membership is valid for a lifetime, with absolutely NO monthly fees, annual fees, or renewal fees ever!


How much does the membership cost?

The membership costs a one-time membership fee of $499.


How many rooms is one card valid for? Can I book for my colleague too?

One card is required per room. This means that you cannot book one room for you and one for your colleague, the second person needs a card of his own.


How can I make my reservation?

A reservation request must be placed directly with the hotel you wish to stay at. When you access the member's only section at TravelMembershipClub.com you will be entering into our discounts database. Locate the 50% off directory inside the member's only section. Locate the state in which you want to visit. Locate the Hotel in which you want to stay at. Once you locate the hotel of your choice, you will view the hotel's discount instructions, such as if you are required to call their reservation number to book, or to book directly online at their hotel reservation website.


Can I contact your office to make a reservation?

No, you will need to contact the hotel direct. Travel Membership Club does not reserve or cancel reservations. You are required to deal with the hotel directly to book or cancel your reservations.


Am I guaranteed a 50% discount on all my reservations?

No, not guaranteed. The discount is always given subject to expected availability and if a hotel expects to be fully booked for the night in question, they can say no to the discount. It is always up to the hotel to decide whether or not to accept it. However, hotels welcome our members with open arms.


Why would I become a member if I am not guaranteed the discount?

Statistics from Travel Membership Club reservation service shows that between 80-85% of all reservations are accepted at the Travel Membership Club rates. Getting a 50% discount in 8 out of 10 attempts is very good, and a lot of money saved! Car Rentals, Restaurants, Golf, Cruises, Dinner Shows, Airport Services, Theme Parks, Attractions, Activities, and many other types of discounts are provided 365 days per year with unlimited use.


Is the cardholder the only person who can use the card?

Yes, you must have the membership card in possession at the time of check in. Hotels are required to view your membership card. Most companies will make a photo copy of your membership card when checking in.


Can I bring my family and get the Travel Membership Club rate?

Most hotels are flexible with regard to accommodating you and your family at the discounted price even if you should need two rooms. When making your reservations be sure to mention to them that you have more than 1 person in your family.


Can I use the membership for company travels?

Yes, of course! There are no limitations as to how often you can use the card or to the purpose of the travel. Regardless if you travel everyday, every few years, or one time every 10 years you will still receive the same benefit from your Travel Membership Club membership.


Is the 50% discount applicable at weekend rates too?

Hotels base their rates off rack rates. The rack rate at a hotel is different on the weekends versus the weekdays. Almost 90% of our hotels honor the Travel Membership Club discount on the weekend as is during the week.


What happens if I loose my membership card?

If you loose your membership card and wish to receive another one, then you will need to purchase a replacement card, which costs $20. If you lost your card and you wish to purchase a replacement, please contact us.


Why would any hotel offer 50% off their rates?

Very few hotels have 100% occupancy. Instead of leaving the rooms empty, they are selling them to Travel Membership Club members at half price... after all it is better to make 50% than loose 100%. Hotels are the most perishable industry in the world. If they do not rent that room tonight they cannot make up for it tomorrow. It is lost money. When they rent a room to Travel Membership Club members they simply have found money. Not only are the hotels making money on this, but also our members are saving 50% at the same time. That is why Travel Membership Club has experienced such major growth with new members and different industries around the globe.
